Blueberry Apple Crisp

I know it is not Fall, but I love making crisps year round!

I decided to make blueberry apple crisp for an after dinner treat on this long weekend.

Delicious and bubbly and served with vanilla ice cream on top. So easy to make that I don't even use a recipe any more. And a great way to get my boys to eat more fruit. So good that they wouldn't wait for photos out of the oven.

Happy August! I find it hard to believe that one month of our summer holiday (and my work break) is over. Hope you have a great week ahead!

  2. Yummy! I love crisps, too. They are better than cobblers and easier than pies. And I love the oatmeal, cinnamon and brown sugar taste! I like to make apple crisps best.

  3. I love crisps too, yours sounds delicious with added blueberries. Yes, summer is half over, but for me this year I won't be returning to work in September. I retired at the end of June but won't actually realize it till everyone goes back to school except me :)

  4. Oh my, I just love crips and the thought of blueberries in one sounds fantastic. The photos are just making my stomach growl. There is nothing quite like brown sugar.

    Hoping you are well!
